how much is shipping?
At this time, as a very small operation, we are not able to offer free shipping for domestic or international orders. We recognize that international shipping can be rather costly, but shipping is determined by USPS rates according to the distance and weight per order.

when will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

how long will it take for my order to arrive?
please allow 14-21 business days from your order date for delivery on domestic orders (shipping times may be less). if over 28 business days have elapsed and you still have not received your order, please reach out to us at hello@whatsthejuice.co

do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. If we are unable to process your order we will notify you and refund your full order.

what about customs, duties and fees?
What’s The juice is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc). Unfortunately, we can’t calculate these costs as they vary from country to country.

At this time, all What’s The Juice purchases are FINAL SALE.
